After hearing that UP 1982 passed by on July 22, 2010 on CSX K648, I decided to wait for him to go westbound on its return trip back to Union Pacific on July 23, 2010. The weather was terrible and most of my pictures did not come out great, but I was not going to give up until I see UP 1982. CSX K654 with BNSF power crosses under Oakland Road after a thunderstorm passed. This train had 336 axles! |
